  Honestly, I was a little disappointed. My wife looked up the menu online and it sounded like a great place to go. I ordered the "Our Famous Shrimp Boat" meal and I was underwhelmed when it came out. For $25.99 I expected more shrimp or bigger shrimp. I got 17 average sized shrimp and 2 sides. The cole slaw came in a small cup (which is about par for places now a days) but still seemed smaller than most places. I think it's overpriced for what you get. My wife got the Shrimp Po Boy and it wasn't that great either. It fell apart on her almost immediately making it messy and harder to eat. The last thing that disappointed us was that there were no desserts. Apparently Floyd's doesn't have a dessert selection. They will kindly refer you to a vendor next door but they don't have desserts, so don't expect any if you eat here.
  On a positive note, the alcoholic drinks we ordered​ were really good (and came in a souvenir plastic glass). The service was great and the restaurant is very family friendly. Almost everyone in there had kids. And they do offer all you can eat popcorn shrimp from 4-6pm. For $11.99 (according to the menu). And they still have all you can eat shrimp all day for $16.99; or all you can eat large gulf shrimp for $23.99.
  So overall, not a bad place to go. I just think some things are overpriced for what you get. And no dessert​ is a bummer too.
